洗頭過程中, 頭部按摩真係好舒服, 好Relax,
特別係頸位果幾下, 力度剛剛好, 最後仲幫我吹埋頭tim~
平時做運動拉筋唔夠, 兼有扁平足,
所以就揀埋【45mins足底按摩(玫瑰浴鹽)】
先用玫瑰浴鹽浸一浸腳, 由小腿按摩至腳底,
因為太耐冇按過, 所以淋巴又再次塞左, 初初果幾下真係好痛!!
但推鬆左之後痛楚就舒緩左, 每一下都好到位,
按完之後, 真係鬆左好多~
